Organization Development (OD)

OD is a field directed at interventions in the processes of human systems (formal and informal groups, organizations, communities, and societies) in order to increase their effectiveness and health using a variety of disciplines, principally applied behavioral sciences. OD requires practitioners to be conscious about the values guiding their practice and focuses on achieving its results through people.

MBM`s organizational development interventions are inclusive methodologies and approaches to strategic planning, organization design, leadership development, change management, performance management, coaching, diversity, team building, and work/life balance

Personal Development (PD)


Personal development is a lifelong process. It’s a way for people to assess their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life and set goals in order to realize and maximize their potential.


MBM TDC helps individuals to identify the skills they need to set life goals which can enhance their employability prospects, raise their confidence and lead to a more fulfilling, higher quality life.


A holistic support to plan to make relevant, positive and effective life choices and decisions for the personal future to enable personal empowerment.

MBM Training&Development Center (MBM TDC) provides developmental opportunities, through specialized programs and services which positively influence individual and community growth. 

MBM TDC works to:


• Provide consultancy, coaching, marketing research, tailor-made training and development programs that reflect individual workplaces;
• Foster innovative programs in the UK, Europe and globally that will contribute to local, regional and global collaboration;
• Provide quality skills development programs that reflect the changing needs of the community;
• Provide an equitable distribution of development programs throughout Europe and the UK;
• Provide exceptional customer service that respects the dignity and the individual needs and aspirations of the client;
• Provide professional development opportunities for businesses, communities and organizations.


The main goal of the MBM Training and Development Center is to support adults and students in becoming life-long learners and independent, contributing European citizens. 

On the other hand, we are assisting the adult learners in reaching their full potential through learning opportunities that are relevant and easily transferred into the workplace.


MBM TD Center offers a wide variety of developmental programs to build job skills for the role the trainees have and to foster the career we hope they develop. Programs extend to all segments of the workforce.
