WHAT IS THE DEADLINE?

  • Call for applications will launch in the week from 15 October 2018 and will last until 10 November 2018, 17:00 (UK time)


HOW TO APPLY?

  • CV and Motivation Letter, outlining your experience in adult training sector and career management to be submitted to office@mbmtraining.uk

SELECTION PROCEDURE / CRITERIA TO BE MET:

  • Motivation Letter to be sent to get appropriate information from potential trainees (preferably each trainee should participate in all three Path for Careers training course in Liverpool (December 2018), Murcia (April 2019) and Salerno (August 2019)
  • Sustainability to be assured (please outline this in your Motivation Letter)
  • Participating trainees = future trainers. Therefore, the applicant should document the potential to organise follow/up training targeted for various stakeholders groups, such as young recent graduates, professionals in search of a career change.
  • Commitment to take part in all three Path for Careers training course in Liverpool (December 2018), Murcia (April 2019) and Salerno (August 2019).
  • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a skype interview, seeking to assess their communication skills and discuss potential applicant`s motivation to and availability to participate in all related project activities.


BUDGET FOR TRAINING:

  • The training is entirely free for all participants.
  • ​During the Liverpool-based Training for Traininers, UK participants will be provided with free lunches and coffee-breaks, courtesy of MBM TDC
  • During the Murcia and Salerno Trainings for Trainers UK participants will have their airfare reminbused and board and lodging provided.​...........................................................................................

"PATH FOR CAREER" TRAINING FOR TRAINERS


MBM Training&Devleopment Center is looking for participants in a week long Training for Trainers within the EU-funded Erasmus+ project "PATH FOR CAREER". 

Transnational Training for Trainers "Proactive Career Management"



Venue: Liverpool Central Library, Meeting Room 2
Dates: 27th of November  - 2nd of December 2018, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Objectives:

  • Develop staff capacity for facilitating proactive career management and career change.
  • Develop an agenda and action plan for proactive career management for high school graduates
  • Empower a team of trainers and career advisors from the community, including young professional, to implement actions that ensure the long term participation of children in the community


Course Content: 

Transnational Training for Trainers  "Proactive Career Management" offers a 5 days trainning course, aiming to improve the skills of trainers in the field of career management through learning and exchange of good practices for quality training. The training modules will be contributing towards the preparation of the content of the "Proactive Career Management" chapter of the Project Training Manual.
