Career Development is the ongoing process of managing our lives, learning and work. It involves developing the skills and knowledge that enable us to plan and make informed decisions about our education, training and career choices. Career development knowledge, skills, and experience supports our ability to create a meaningful life.

"PATH for CAREER" project aims to improve the skills of trainers and career consultants to support labour market inclusion of young European high school graduates as well as of those, willing to establish a career change.

This project is co-financed by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme.

Input into the project is valued by the project consortium and we would like to invite you to the "PATH for CAREER"  launch.

"PATH for CAREER" project launch event will bring together actors from across formal and non-formal educational insitutions, adult training centers, regional entrepreneurship organizations and business to brainstorm on how to best support young high school gradulates and those in search of a career change in professional career development and growth. It takes place in at the Liverpool Central Library on 1 November 2018.

The UK project coordinator, MBM Training&Development Center, will present the innovative perspective of the project and give the participants the opportunity to learn from their peers. Representatives of adult training centers and academia will share their perspective on the DOs and DON’Ts of career development support and invite the audience to share their views and experience.
